Colby River has appointed Jackie Robinson as Managing Director of Colby River Property Management, strengthening the leadership of its fully integrated living sector platform.
Colby River launched in September following a spin-out of Dandara Living Management from the Dandara Group. The company operates across a wide range of asset classes including single-family, multi-family and student living. Its end-to-end model spans investment and asset management through to leasing and property management.

Robinson leads the property management arm of the business working in partnership with Delphine Deasy, Managing Director of Capital Management, to ensure full alignment between investment strategy and on-the-ground performance as the company continues to scale.

Colby River already manages more than 5,000 residential units across the UK and serves a growing global client base.
